The TRO restrains and enjoins the Defendants from violations of the securities laws and orders them to provide an accounting of their assets.  On October 6, 2015, Judge Klausner entered his PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND ORDERS: (1) FREEZING ASSETS; (2) APPOINTING A PERMANENT RECEIVER; (3) PROHIBITING THE DESTRUCTION OF DOCUMENTS; AND (4) REQUIRING ACCOUNTINGS [Dkt. No. 13] (the "PI"). 



 
 

TRO制止并严禁被告违反证券法，并命令其提供资产账目记录。2015年10月6日，Klausner法官正式签署临时禁令和命令：（1）冻结资产；（2）指定永久接管人；（3）禁止销毁文件；并（4）要求提供账目记录[Dkt.No.13]（简称“PI”）。
